In this activity, based on the proposal of De Bono (2016),the migrant woman is asked to generate different ways of solving her challenge from different perspectives (each one of them represents a hat of a different color, which must be physically placed on the head). Some suggestions to designate each hat are: solve it as a resourceful person, as if you were in your home country or as if you were a friend or family member.
If the activity is carried out as a group, the different hats could be rotated among the participants and the different ideas offered could be shared.
