Their main weaknesses are a lack of knowledge of Greek and English languages and a shortage of digital skills. She has work experience in the sewing industry.

Inclusive leadership and employment

Description

Aisha comes from Nigeria. He is 50 years old, speaks English and works in a garment factory. Their main weaknesses are their poor academic background, as well as cultural barriers and lack of resources to resolve bureaucratic issues (requesting documents, knowledge of their rights…).

Empowerment: body and identity

Description

Maria Gabriela comes from Venezuela. She is 40 years old and has previous “informal” experience in beauty practices such as makeup and manicuring. Her main weaknesses are her low self-confidence and low self-confidence in her possibilities for labor inclusion due to her poor academic background. All this results in a need for empowerment, which will favor their inclusion in the labor market.

Their main weaknesses are the lack of job opportunities, as well as the cultural and linguistic barriers encountered. In his favor, he has the support of his family network.

Engagement and participation in activities aimed at low-skilled migrant women

Description

It is also responsible for carrying out actions in favor of human rights, equity and diversity. The main weakness of this organization is its inexperience and lack of tools to favor the labor inclusion of the groups it serves, especially in the case of migrant women, whose unemployment rate is 95%.
