Qualitative analysis
Qualitative analysis

Objective

Organizing the information (into categories) obtained about the migrant woman for whom the intervention is intended.

Description

A qualitative analysis of the information makes it easier for the educator to organize the data obtained about the migrant woman with whom the educator is going to intervene after having used tools such as Day by day o Memories.

In order to implement it, the educator can analyze the information from existing categories or create their own categories from the data obtained.

Example (Delgado-Parada and Díaz-Pereira, 2021): After conducting an interview with a young migrant, the following categories of analysis were obtained: personal data, leisure activities, difficulties encountered, short-term goals and skills.
